The Pisco Sour is the national drink of Peru, although Chili also lays claim to it (I'm in the Peruvian camp). This is Nick Fauchald's Pisco Sour recipe from Food & Wine magazine's web site (http://www.foodandwine.com/recipes/key-lime-pisco-sour). I used Soldeica Pisco Puro, which I got at K&L in Redwood City. You can get key limes at Sigona's in Redwood City ($1.99 per bag) and you will need an entire bag (about 30 limes) to get a cup of juice. Very tasty, if I do say so.
