Each person/couple hosts a dinner when it's their turn. The host is responsible for picking a theme, and preparing the main course. The attendees have a choice of which course they will prepare, and for picking their recipe. Each person brings a wine to accompany their course.
Cedar, leather Cigar box nose, some green pepper like flavors. This wine went best with the stronger flavors dishes. e.g. the spicy shrimp.
