Each person/couple hosts a dinner when it's their turn. The host is responsible for picking a theme, and preparing the main course. The attendees have a choice of which course they will prepare, and for picking their recipe. Each person brings a wine to accompany their course.
This one was a little out of balance for me...e.g. it was too sweet with not enough acid to balance it out.
