Each person/couple hosts a dinner when it's their turn. The host is responsible for picking a theme, and preparing the main course. The attendees have a choice of which course they will prepare, and for picking their recipe. Each person brings a wine to accompany their course.
Very good fruit and acid, a nice wine. This wine went well with the stronger flavored dishes, e.g. The Spicy Shrimp, polenta with peppers.
